Are there any limits on the number of survey respondents?

Nope. You can add as many survey respondents as you like. However there are additional costs for adding new brands/agencies or new questions.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Tellus is cloud-based. Much like setting up a Gmail account, we can have you up and running with Tellus within minutes.

What is the Tellus One Number Score?

The Tellus one-number score is a powerful number that combines the three most important indicators of client/agency relationship health: Satisfaction, Effort and Advocacy.

Are survey responses anonymous?

Yes. All user information is encrypted and kept separate from survey respondent data. Individual respondents must give permission to have their data made personally identifiable.

How often can we send requests for feedback?

When developing Tellus, marketers told us they wanted to give feedback more often than half-yearly or yearly reviews. Surveys can be sent weekly, monthly, quarterly. You change the cadence up at any time.
